Spring/Summer

Spring and Summer have arrived.. yea i say both they just kina both run together in Alaska lmao its been beautiful the past couple or few weeks sun out warm FINALLY after a harsh long cold winter. and a miserable summer last year that wast just constant rain and cool days. Ive started the process of weeding my flower beds yesterday i was bored and figured they had to be done. THis weekend i plan to go to Lowes or Home depot to buy some new flowers just not sure what kind yet. I might get some planters for my porch also. if i can remember to water them that is. See my nice bench sitting under the lilac bush that will be blooming soon also. THen my dear hubby decided to take pictures instead of helping.. he eventually helped lol
I got all those done that wrap around the house. then one down in the yard.. havent touched the back yard yet.. keep forgetting about them.. lol

Work in Progress

Im making my Craftroom.. its a work in progress , i am excited tho it gets all my stuff into one room so its not all over the house making the clutter. Since Clutter drives me insane, thats part of my OCDness hehe. Its not done but its a start

My Newest Toy

I got a new cricut not to long ago and i must say LOVE it it does so many things! Just recently i learned the new world of layering. So im always looking for new projects and ways to use my new toy lol These were my first projects when i learned the layering .. i think they came out pretty good and adorable.

Day at the Park

Last week we decided to take the kiddies to the park.. after a short detour with trying to find the park we finally.. was only 5 minutes from where we started.. go figure. So the kids loved it Kaiti got to play with one of her school friends they were cute. and i was amazed how well Kaiti and Hailey did on playing. Hailey has no fear i swear she was all over the place like a wild monkey lol. It was a good way to wear them out just before bedtime,but here are a few pics of them there :-)

Trip to Seward

Last weekend we decided to take a random trip out of anchorage, first we planned to go down to kenai which is 3 hours prolly more? from us i believe they have beaches and all that down there.. well we didnt make it that far we made it to seward which is about 2 1/2 hours drive. this is driving down the cook inlet i snapped a picture. so then we get to seward and decided to take a spontaneous 4 hour boat cruise heres a picture before we took off.. we ate at that restaraunt when we got back.. it was horrible food was over priced and the food sucked.. sorry im not payin 26 bucks a plate for frozen veggies and minute rice.. here are some pictures of a few of the animals we saw.. we saw so many

and bald eagles

also saw orcas (killer whales) , another type of whale i forget its name. we had a blast only 2 people got sea sick! lol chinease woman and a kid. Was a sunny day but a bit chilly with the wind. after the crappy food we came back home Sunday we had a cook out with some friends so over all a great weekend.

My New Blog

I am so excited about my new blog, this is my first post and i hope i can keep up with it like i should.. i needed somewhere to post my daily adventures with my crafting and cooking recipes and just what i do in general :-P Im sure my dear friends will help me along the way.
This is me in my messy kitchen/dining room which as since been totally cleaned and all that clutter moved down stairs to my craft room, and no i did not want this picture taken.. lol Ill have to take a new picture.. once i find my camera charger... lol Anyways i hope you enjoy my blog.
